By accessing and using the Driver Kart website and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Driver Kart provides users with access to a collection of resources, including but not limited to, car rental services, professional driver hiring, and airport transfer bookings. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Driver Kart assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form. You also agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings made through Driver Kart are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service type (Rental, Driver, Airport Transfer). Please refer to the specific cancellation policy presented at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Driver Kart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

6. Modifications to Terms

Driver Kart reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website and services following any changes signifies your acceptance of our new terms.
