Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Drive Kart services. Last updated on March 23, 2026.

By accessing or using the Drive Kart platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. We require users to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license (if opting for self-drive). Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Drive Kart website, mobile application, or any of our ground transportation services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book a chauffeur-driven service.
- For self-drive vehicle rentals, you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid, unexpired government-issued driving license for at least one year.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Booking, Pricing, and Payments
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. The estimated price displayed at the time of booking is inclusive of base fare, driver allowance, and applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Surge Pricing: Drive Kart maintains a strict "No Hidden Surge" policy. The price quoted during final confirmation is the price you pay. Extra charges only apply for deviations from the agreed itinerary, extra kilometers, or additional hours requested dynamically during the trip.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our professional drivers:
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking without any penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking amount or the base minimum fare, whichever is lower.
- No-Shows: If the passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes (60 minutes for airport pickups) without contacting the driver or support team, the booking will be treated as a No-Show and full charges may apply.
5. Safety and Conduct
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs, alcohol, or abusive behavior in our vehicles.
In-Cabin Monitoring
For the supreme safety of both passengers and our drivers, select commercial vehicles in our fleet may be equipped with inward and outward-facing dashcams. These are operated in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and local laws.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide uninterrupted, on-time service, Drive Kart shall not be liable for missed flights, meetings, or appointments resulting from uncontrollable delays such as severe traffic, extreme weather, road closures, or vehicle breakdowns. In the rare event of a mechanical failure, our immediate priority is to dispatch a replacement vehicle or issue a full refund.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
